৪। ঘুম থেকে তুলে মুখ মন্ডল সুন্দর করে পরিস্কার এবং অবশ্যই চোখের যত্ন নিব।
৫। সঠিক সময়ে গোসল করাব। হাত, পা এবং পিঠের যত্ন নিব।
৬। ২/৩ দিন পর পর সেভ ক্লীন করাব এবং সময় মত হাত ও পায়ের নখ কাটব।
৭। রোগী যে ভাবে থাকতে সাচ্ছন্দবোধ করে তাকে সে ভাবেই বসিয়ে বা শুইয়ে রাখব।
৮। চলা ফেরায় সাহায্য করব এবং অতি সতর্কতার সাথে সর্বদা পাশে থাকব।
৯। সঠিক সময়ে পরিমান মতো খাবার খাওয়াব। মুখে খাবার খেতে না পারলে এন জি টিউব বা যে কোন উপায়ে বার বার খাবার খাওয়ানোর চেষ্টা করব।
১০। রোগীর শারীরে কোন প্রকার বেডসোর বা ক্ষত থকলে অবশ্যই সব সময় নজর রাখব, প্রয়োজনে ২/৩ ঘন্টা পর পর পাশ পরিবর্তন করব এবং অবস্থা বুঝে ড্রের্সিং করব।
